简介

随访服务使用 Encounter 资源进行表示。该资源的本地化结构定义声明了对适用于健康医疗信息平台中随访服务的最低要求。它确定在使用此资源时应包含哪些核心元素、扩展和术语。

快速实施指导

随访活动的位置信息(location)取决于随访方式(serviceType)的选择。如果随访活动发生在门诊或者家庭时,则应记录位置信息,如果采用网络、电话、短信等方式时,则可以忽略位置信息。

在本实施指南中,可以使用该随访服务结构定义表示已完成的随访服务(status='finished'),或者计划中的随访服务(status='planned')。

在表示已完成的随访服务时,元素peroid记录的是实际的随访时间。元素participant记录的实际的随访医师。

而在表示计划中的随访服务时,元素peroid记录的是计划的随访时间。元素participant记录的是计划的随访医师,甚至可能出现计划的随访医师为空的情况。
